Australian grindcore lunatics King Parrot have dropped the grotesque yet gripping video for “Look Away I’m Hideous,” the latest single from their upcoming album A Young Person’s Guide To King Parrot, out June 6 via Housecore Records. Teaming up with artist “The Art Of Fox,” the clip dives into the bizarre world of extreme body modification, blending abrasive riffs and Matt Young’s feral vocals with unsettling visuals. “It’s about the obsession with altering what’s already fine—dangerous and alien,” says guitarist Squiz. The band’s first full-length since 2017’s Ugly Produce, this 10-track onslaught—recorded at Melbourne’s Dangertone Studios—promises their most aggressive sound yet.
