Phoenix, Arizona’s groove/thrash metal powerhouse Incite is set to release their most ferocious album yet, Savage New Times, on August 15, 2025, through Reigning Phoenix Music. Fronted by Richie Cavalera, with Lennon Lopez (drums), EL (bass), and new guitarist Layne Richardson, the band delivers a relentless sonic assault, blending razor-sharp riffs, bone-crushing breakdowns, and riot-inciting anthems. Recorded at Bell House Studios with producer Steve Evetts (The Dillinger Escape Plan, Hatebreed), mixed by Arthur Rizk (Soulfly, Municipal Waste), and featuring artwork by Marcelo Vasco (Slayer, Kerry King), the album is a visceral testament to Incite’s unyielding drive.
The authorized singles “Just A Rat” and “No Mercy, No Forgiveness” are out now, with lyric videos on YouTube at incite.rpm.link/savagenewtimesYT. “Just A Rat,” described by Cavalera as “pushing metal in a fresh direction,” tackles betrayal with raw intensity, while “No Mercy, No Forgiveness” is “pure, unfiltered aggression,” reflecting personal triumph over doubt. Both tracks are cleared for radio/podcast play. Stream them and pre-order the album—available on CD, vinyl, and digital—at incite.rpm.link/savagenewtimesPR.

Since their 2004 formation, Incite have evolved from their 2009 debut The Slaughter through albums like 2022’s Wake Up Dead, touring relentlessly with DevilDriver, Six Feet Under, and festivals like Bloodstock. Their grit—once driving 500 miles through a blizzard for a show—defines them. With Richardson’s fresh energy, Savage New Times marks Incite’s heaviest chapter, perfect for fans of Pantera, Lamb of God, and Cavalera Conspiracy.
